What you Need:
contents of seasoning pouch, - 1 ¼ cups (280 g) process cheese spread, 1 ½ cups (140 g) shredded cheddar, 1 ½ cup (360 ml) whole milk.
What to do:
In cast iron skillet, or other oven proof skillet, over medium heat, pour milk and heat until simmering. Reduce to medium-low heat. In meantime, preheat oven to broil. Stir in process cheese spread, a bit at a time, until all is melted. Stir in the cheddar. Stirring constantly until everything is perfectly blended. Stir in the seasoning. Add a bit of cheddar on top and broil 3-4 minutes. Top with fresh chopped herbs, tomatoes or chilies and serve with tortilla or pita chips!.
